Christopher J. Hoertz is an Associate at the Law Firm of Gary M. Singer, P.A. and a native of Sarasota, Florida, Mr. Hoertz graduated from The Florida State University College of Business with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business before obtaining his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hoertz served as President and Co-Founder of the Nova Chapter of the Broward County Bar Association, and was an active member in the Association of Business Law Students and the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Mr. Hoertz’s law school dissertation, “A Comparative Analysis of United States and European Union Airline Overbooking Policies”, was selected for publication in the December 2012 and March 2013 issues of Great Britain’s Travel Law Quarterly.

Mr. Hoertz’s practice focuses on the areas of business law and entity formation, contract law, international trusts, probate, wills and estate planning. Mr. Hoertz is a member of the Florida Bar and the Broward County Bar Association.
