Andrew H. Dinnerstein is a senior associate of the Law Firm. He is a Real Estate Lawyer and is a member of the Florida Bar, Broward County Bar Association, Broward County Bar Association Real Property Section, New Jersey Bar, New York Bar and Georgia Bar. Mr. Dinnerstein is a Member Agent of Attorneys’ Title Fund Services (Old Republic), and has closed thousands of real estate transactions throughout the State of Florida, New York and New Jersey.
He was born in Livingston, New Jersey and raised in West Orange, New Jersey. Mr.Dinnerstein earned a Bachelor’s of Music degree in Music Business with honors from University of Hartford’s Hartt School of Music, and a Juris Doctorate degree from Seton Hall Law School. After graduating from law school and being admitted to the New Jersey and New York bars, Mr. Dinnerstein began practicing as a real estate attorney specializing in lender-based representation in both New York and New Jersey.
He then moved to Florida in 2007 where he worked extensively in the areas of Debtor/Creditor Law and fine-tuned his knowledge of Florida real estate law. In 2008, he opened Manno & Dinnerstein, P.A. in Sunrise, Florida where he continued his practice of real estate law and debtor/creditor law. In 2012, Mr. Dinnerstein became the managing shareholder of Dinnerstein Law, P.A., where he has continued serving the needs of his clients. In 2013, he joined the Law Firm of Gary M. Singer, P.A. as an “Of Counsel” attorney to the Firm where he currently works to serve clients in their transactional and litigation real estate needs. He is admitted to practice law in all State Courts in Florida, the Southern District Federal Court and Bankruptcy Court as well. Additionally, he is admitted to practice law in all State Courts in the State of Georgia and New York, and all State and Federal Courts in the State of New Jersey.
